Hazard: Real Madrid reportedly readying 170m-euro offer

Roman Abramovich'opens door for Eden Hazard to leave Chelsea as Barcelona prepare offer

Eden Hazard says it would be a "dream" to play for Real Madrid as speculation over the Belgium star's Chelsea future continues.

The likes of Hazard, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe have all been suggested as possible replacements for the Portuguese superstar.

Last season, Hazard said that he meant to wait to see who the Blues will bring in before deciding whether to sign a long-term contract extension.

Corriere dello Sport claim Chelsea are battling with Paris St-Germain to sign the Italy worldwide, who has been linked with a move to the Bridge during successive transfer windows.

Real are after a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo following his move to Juventus. Conte is the manager but probably won't be for too much longer.

As revealed by SPORT, Barcelona spoke with Hazard's agent last week and they were told the player wants to leave Chelsea.

In terms of skill, Hazard is easily one of the best players in the world at the moment and would represent a typical Galactico signing, should Madrid successfully lure him out of England and the Premier League.

If they hold off and Hazard fails to extend, they could lose out on precious millions. "I'm going to do something to see them more".

Having missed out on Antoine Griezmann, however, Barcelona are said to have identified Hazard as their primary transfer target and are also preparing a second bid for his Chelsea teammate Willian, who is also of interest to Manchester United.
