Glover's wife arrested for domestic violence

EXCLUSIVE: Golfer Lucas Glover's wife is arrested after 'attacking' him and calling him a 'p***y' and a 'loser' after he played a poor round at PGA Players Championship

Glover, the 2009 U.S. Open champion, got away with a halfway pounding by making the cut, but all hell was let loose when he missed Saturday's secondary cut after shooting six-over 78. Krista, 36, called him a "loser" and a "p-sy" during the argument, according to the police report. "She's locked herself into the room, and she attacked us". She verbally abused Glover and peppered him with profane insults in front of their young children after his round on Saturday, the report says.

"Yeah, hi, I think we got our lines crossed here". However, Lucas then gets on the phone and says: "This is the sane one of the bunch...."

Lucas later spoke to the dispatcher and offered a different account, saying: "She's trying to blame it on my mother, which is not the case at all". My wife has called you... and now she's trying to blame it on my mother, which is not the case at all... my wife is going insane.... He then asked for privacy.

"No, you can not", Glover says.

Wow. Imagine if she was Black and in a Waffle House and said that. That's what I'm telling you.

But because he and his mother suffered visible but minor injuries in the altercation, Krista Glover was taken to the local jail in handcuffs.

The call ends with Krista Glover back on the line as the dispatcher continues asking her questions.

Now the 911 call Glover made to police has been released, per TMZ Sports, along with a call Krista made as well in which she claimed she had been attacked by Glover's mother.

Police noted multiple lacerations to both Lucas and his 62-year-old mother, who had blood on her shirt and said she was hit in the chest. As she was being arrested, Mrs. Glover reportedly turned her anger toward police, resisting arrest as they were attempting to put her in the squad auto.

The golfer's mother-in-law was found inside, bleeding from several cuts on her arms. According to the report, she refused to pursue a battery charge against Krista Glover.

According to the report, she resisted being placed in the back seat of a patrol vehicle and damaged the door by repeatedly kicking it.

"Wait till the [PGA] tour hears about this", she reportedly screamed at officers. 'You will lose your job.

Lucas Glover nearly got a hole in one...in his face.

According to Lucas Glover, three times PGA Tour victor, this is the reality every time he messes up on the golf course. Glover said that the deputy should talk to him when arriving because "these other two are out of their head at the moment".
