Super Bowl Halftime Performer Justin Timberlake Says Son 'Will Never' Play Football

Super Bowl LII

Whatever the National Football League is paying pop singer Justin Timberlake to sing and whatever during Super Bowl halftime Sunday, it's way too much.

We never thought we would see Justin Timberlake take over the Super Bowl halftime stage again, but this Sunday, 14 years about the biggest wardrobe malfunction in the world, JT is bringing sexy back!

The star was asked by a reporter if he heard about Tom's man crush on him, to which he said: 'I heard that I made the list, ' via TMZ. I mean, great hair.

'And if he wants to get into the arts or sports, then yeah, I would fully support that. That's a big deal in our house right now.

After the second quarter of the game, all eyes will be glued to center field when Justin Timberlake performs the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show.

According to Timberlake, his band The Tennessee Kids will be the only performers joining him Sunday night.

The singer recently released two singles from his new album, "Man of the Woods", that will drop two days prior to Super Bowl LII. CBS, which aired the Super Bowl that year, drew a $550,000 fine from the Federal Communications Commission that was later overturned.

Justin Timberlake has just confirmed that there won't be an NSYNC or Janet Jackson reunion at the Super Bowl LII.

"In my opinion, the greatest all around musician I can think of in popular culture".

"I think I'm just excited", the "Filthy" singer, who celebrated his 37th birthday in rehearsals on Wednesday, exclaimed.

Timberlake joins an esteemed list of recent halftime acts including Lady Gaga, Coldplay, Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Madonna, The Who, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Prince, the Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, U2 and more. "What are you doing to me?", said Timberlake, before adding. And I just wanted it to be honest.

She went on to shift 410,000 digital songs in the week following the show - an impressive number that Timberlake will be hoping to replicate.

But the infamous incident underlined how the halftime show and even the creative in-game advertisements have come to overshadow what is supposed to be a sporting event.
