Kevin Spacey's Downward Spiral: Pulled From Upcoming Film

Kevin Spacey cut from 'All the Money in the World,' scenes to be reshot with Christopher Plummer

In what is possibly an unprecedented move, Kevin Spacey has been booted entirely from Ridley Scott's film All The Money In The World, which has literally already been finished and was scheduled for release in December.

The news follows a wave of sexual assault allegations made against Spacey by over a dozen people, including multiple accusations of assault on underage victims.

"To Kevin Spacey, I want to say this: Shame on you for what you did to my son", Unruh said, flanked by her daughter and lawyer Mitchell Garabedian, who has represented hundreds of clergy sexual abuse victims.

Ridley Scott and Sony Pictures have been spending the last week or so juggling what to do with the upcoming J Paul Getty drama, All The Money In The World.

Oscar and Emmy award winning actor Christopher Plummer will step in and play an aging J. Paul Getty in the film, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Kevin Spacey apparently only worked for just ten days on the film, but key actors, including Mark Wahlberg, are reportedly needed to complete the reshoots. The studio additionally pulled the film from what would have been an Oscar-bait slot at the American Film Institute's November film festival.

The controversy surround Spacey began in late October, as Anthony Rapp, an original cast member of Broadway's "Rent", accused the actor of harassing him when he was 14 years old.

The film is scheduled for a December 22 release, giving the film's producers less than two months to completely redo all of Spacey's scenes.

U.S. network Netflix has axed further production of Mr Spacey's House of Cards drama, the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences announced it would no longer give the actor a special Emmy award, and his agent and publicist dropped him as a client.

The decision follows more sexual misconduct allegations against the Oscar-winner from a woman who says he touched her 18-year-old son in MA last year.

Vox has reached out to Spacey's representatives for comment.

Spacey's former publicist said last week that the actor was "taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment".
