Woman says Harvey Weinstein assaulted her in NYC

Harvey Weinstein accuser says producer forcibly performed oral sex on her

Harvey Weinstein wouldn't take no for an answer when a NY production assistant rejected his sexual advances and told him she was menstruating, she said Tuesday.

Malthe brought forth the accusations at a news conference held with her attorney, Gloria Allred, at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel in Manhattan.

"I told him, "No, no, no" but he insisted".

She told a press conference in NY she met Weinstein at an after party and felt pressured into telling him she was staying at the Sanderson Hotel. "Your first instinct of course is to say no, and I tried, but clearly it didn't work", she said.

When she arrived, however, Weinstein asked her to engage in a threesome.

"It's a civil case and one of her motivations is to kind of clean up Hollywood by holding the (Weinstein) company accountable for the casting couch, which would be a seismic shift in Hollywood", he said.

Among them is Mimi Haleyi, a production assistant on a Weinstein Co.

She described feeling surprised when Weinstein later contacted her about a job on a TV show he was producing in NY. "That's how he rolled", she said. "And finally I just said, 'When I win an Oscar in one of your movies, OK?' And he was like, 'Yeah, when you get nominated.' I said, "No, when I win an Oscar.' And then I just fled". After a few minutes of normal conversation, she said Weinstein asked for a massage.

Huett said she didn't report the incident to Weinstein Co. and had no independent knowledge of whether others at the company knew what happened in the hotel room.

In numerous scenes, the white inhabitants of the town say that while they do not want African-Americans to be oppressed, they do not want black families in their neighborhood.

She said she received a script the next day and then returned to Los Angeles.

Sawyer said Weinstein believes the image proves he had a good relationship with Judd.

Judd was filming the movie Kiss the Girls when Weinstein invited her to a Beverly Hills hotel for "a business appointment".

They watched a little TV, and then Weinstein pounced, she said.

"Vague apologies are not enough".

"I had no warning", Judd said of Weinstein's reputation for sexual harassment prior to meeting him. "It is time for him to take meaningful action to demonstrate in deeds, not just words, that he is taking responsibility for what he has done and that he is willing to make amends to the victims", she said Tuesday.

Actresses Rose McGowan, Asia Argento and Lucia Evans say Weinstein forced sex acts on them without consent. Weinstein was sacked from the company on October 8, days after reports of sexual harassment by the producer ran in the New York Times.
