Puja miss Manchester United several months to injury

Mourinho'Pogba out for long term

Mourinho listing Pogba along with Ibrahimovic and Rojo, who have been out since suffering knee ligament injuries in April, does appear worrying for United.

United have yet to make a decision over whether to send Pogba for surgery after the 24-year-old missed the last four games since limping out of the Champions League win over Basle at Old Trafford earlier this month.

Mouinho said he "does not speak about long-term injuries" but was more hopeful on the fitness of defenders Phil Jones and Antonio Valencia.

Paul Scholes has heaped praise on Nemanja Matic for the way his presence has given Paul Pogba license to roam forward for Manchester United this season.

"Pogpa will not play tomorrow", he told a press conference on Friday before Crystal Palace face the seventh round of the Premiership.

Valencia, Jones, Marouane Fellaini, and Michael Carrick, did not travel Moscow and the Manchester United manager was asked by Chris Wheeler of the Daily Mail, would any of those players feature at the weekend? "Ibra, Pogba, Rojo, I don't think about these players".

"With them, I have the hope to see them training and to have a positive answer [on their availability soon]".

'Tomorrow some will be out, ' added Mourinho.

"We have to play against everybody home and away and when I look at the fixtures I only look to the period of time we have to recover from match to match", said Mourinho.

The Red Devils have won five of their first six matches in the Premier League and also picked up wins in the Champions League and Carabao Cup.
