Rob Kardashian Blac Chyna Beat Me, Tried to Choke Me Out!!!

Rob Kardashian suing Blac Chyna 'for trying to strangle him with an iPhone cord after consuming drugs and alcohol'

Rob and Chyna surprised fans by making their romance official, at the beginning of previous year.

The KarJenners are suing for assault, battery and vandalism.

Per the lawsuit, Kardashian claims Dream Kardashian's momma consumed drugs and alcohol on December 14, which resulted in violent and erratic behavior. He claims to have suffered neck injuries and tears to his shirt, which he says were documented.

Rob Kardashian, 30, did not partake in the 90-minute sit-down, which was taped in April - but his name was brought up at one point when sister Kendall Jenner pointed out that they "all grew up in twos".

It all seemingly came to ahead when Chyna allegedly wrecked the house including damaging the TV, breaking cell phones, smashing a door, destroying walls, and even crushing a gingerbread house that was made for Christmas.

Rob says he attempted to get in his Bentley and drive away, but "Chyna threw a nearby chair at Rob's auto causing damage to the vehicle and also used a metal rod to injure Rob".

Their break-up took a dramatic turn after Kim Kardashian's brother shared a series of naked photos and videos of his ex on social media. She also claims that the former stripper harassed her by constantly "telling her to get tests for sexually transmitted diseases, because Kylie was dating Tyga". Kardashian also accused the Instagram model of continuing to attack him when he attempted to flee the home and get away from her.

Rob and Chyna met in early 2016, and their whirlwind romance produced a daughter, Dream, born in November that year and who is now 10 months old. He said the relationship and the child were "nothing short of an outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family without any concern about the consequences".

After finalizing their child custody agreement with an undisclosed settlement, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are headed back to court, and this time it's getting pretty serious. She's suing for millions.
