Spicer turns down 'Dancing with the Stars'

Spicer White House Mcmaster Trump

Sean Spicer still works at the White House, almost two weeks after resigning as press secretary, and the former chief ethics watchdog said he may be violating the law by meeting with potential employers.

The politician announced that he will not be starring in the hit show's 25th season because he will have an "overwhelming number of commitments" to attend to in the following months. Spicer was spotted near and at various television network offices in NY in July.

Apparently, Sean Spicer is not ready to rumba.

Twitter reacted with disappointment to the news that Spicer would not be appearing on Dancing With The Stars after all.

But alas. We don't want to ruin your weekend with such heartbreaking news, so allow us to present this as a silver lining: just because Sean Spicer turned down Dancing with the Stars, doesn't necessarily mean he won't participate in other reality TV shows.

Spicer may be considering a switch to the dynamic field of television where he can share his insider knowledge of the White House.

The New York Post's Page Six was one of the first to report that ABC executives had reached out to Spicer, who served as communications director for the Republican National Committee before he joined President Trump's team.

He was seen coming out of the offices of ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox News. Then, Scaramucci was sacked after just 10 days as communications director, which prompted further speculation that Spicer would remain at the White House after all.
