Four young men reported missing in Bucks County

DiNardo is being held on 10 percent of a $1 million bail at Bucks County Jail.

Mark Sturgis, 22, of Pennsburg and Tom Meo, 21, of Plumstead Township were last seen together Friday night near the Doylestown area in Bucks County, CNN affiliate KYW-TV reported. Patrick disappeared on Wednesday, and the three others on Friday.

Weintraub continued to ask for the public's help in providing information on the missing men. Finocchiaio is a mutual friend of the pair. It's unclear what, if any, connection the disappearances might have, but investigators did confirm that the four men know each other. "But I want to assure you we are utilizing every resource at our disposal to try to find these four missing young men and to solve this case", he said.

DiNardo, in custody at the Bensalem police station, was arraigned Wednesday afternoon via video link with District Judge Maggie Snow in Buckingham.

Eight suspects charged with involvement in the beating death of a 22-year-old American tourist on a Greek island were granted brief delays in court appearances Tuesday to allow their lawyers to prepare their cases, while authorities have arrested a ninth man.

Police say Finocchiario and Patrick were reported missing last week.

The man said he used to hike the property when it was previously owned by a different family. He's a scary kid'.

Weintraub also confirmed DiNardo is the son of the owners of a Solebury Township property investigators have been combing over "with the equivalent of a fine-toothed comb".

The couple are the parents of Cosmo DiNardo.

"We have a ton of leads and we've been able to eliminate a lot of information that's helping us narrow our focus, but we have so much more to do", he said later.

Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub said in a press conference Monday "it's all hands on deck" as authorities, including the FBI, investigate "all possible leads".

Police are focusing search efforts on a 68-acre farm owned by DiNardo's parents in Solebury Township, located about 30 miles north of the Center City area of Philadelphia. The FBI was involved because of its expertise with recovery operations being deployed on the Solebury Township property. Weintraub said he was not certain where the man was staying at this time, but that if he changed his address within 48 hours of his release he must inform authorities as a condition of his bail.

Weintraub would not say if investigators have spoken to the DiNardo family or if the investigation has led them to Cosmo DiNardo.

Police searched DiNardo's home before arresting him for alleged possession of a 20-gauge shotgun and ammunition stemming from a February incident, the Bucks County Courier Times reports. Several police cars and a backhoe are here.

Sturgis and Meo are longtime friends who work in construction for Sturgis' father, Mark Potash. Sturgis, Meo and Finocchiaro were last seen on July 7.

Police closed roads near Route 202 in Solebury Township Sunday as part of their investigation.

The FBI has been using heavy equipment to dig a deep ditch on the farm property, then sifting through each bucket of dirt by hand.

"We've been treating this from the outset as a criminal investigation and nothing has deterred that from this point", he said.

Kenny Bobby added that his nephew, Sturgis, drives a silver 2005 Nissan Altima with Maryland plates, has a dent by the gas door on rear driver side and a broken driver door handle.

The district attorney also wouldn't specify where the other location is that evidence was recovered but stated an "educated conclusion" could be drawn from search warrants.
