According to Heavy, Justin Bieber has a really bad habit of getting punched or punching people.

Justin Bieber is a suspect in the alleged assault of a man from an incident in June of previous year.

According to law enforcement sources, per TMZ, the alleged confrontation between Bieber and his unnamed victim went down at approximately 2 a.m. Saturday insider the Los Angeles Italian restaurant, Serafina.

In a report filed with Cleveland Police on Wednesday, Mr Cannon says the fight broke out when Bieber took his sunglasses and became angry after Mr Cannon started taking pictures of him.

Bieber is mentioned in a newly filed Cleveland police report regarding the fight that happened outside the Westin Cleveland Downtown hotel on June 8.


The 22-year-old pop star has been named as a suspect in an assault of a man back in June. Cannon stated that Bieber took his phone and deleted the photos and refused to return the glasses, and then punched Cannon. The police report says Bieber's bodyguards joined the assault. He claims his phone was damaged during the incident.

A representative for Serafina restaurant told ET on Thursday that nobody from their staff was involved in the incident.

Police officers said that the investigation is ongoing and no one has pressed any charges yet.

Cannon said he went to hospital in his home state of Nevada following the alleged incident with an "acute head injury and a possible concussion".
