John Lynch explains how 49ers personnel control will be divvied up

Kyle Shanahan takes 49ers head-coach job now that Falcons out

New San Francisco 49ers' head coach Kyle Shanahan doesn't plan on hiring an offensive coordinator to his staff.

But Shanahan actually arrived in the Bay Area on Wednesday afternoon, as the team and its public relations staff tweeted his plane landing. He joins new general manager John Lynch, who last Sunday was revealed as the San Francisco's choice for the position despite having no prior front-office experience.

Per NinersNation.com, Lynch did note Kaepernick did contact him and they will have a meeting at some point in the future to discuss things. When their run ended, they went looking for a new head coach and among the candidates was Shanahan.

So let's look at a few difference scenarios in which Shanahan and Lynch come up with an answer to this pressing question. "As an offensive mind, I think he stands alone in the National Football League, as evidenced by the explosive and record-setting offense in Atlanta".

The Atlanta Falcons' organization and their fans are still reeling from an embarrassing meltdown against the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LI.

"For them to have control of the 53 I don't think it's a bad idea at all", Bowman said. Lynch said he developed a good rapport with Kaepernick through the year during their pregame meetings when he was a FOX analyst.

Shanahan is coming off an impressive season with the Falcons as offensive coordinator.

Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, regarding reports Shanahan said "I blew it" after the Super Bowl, he responded with "I don't know if I used those exact words, but that sounds like how I talk". "You don't get that opportunity much in our business and it's something that I never really thought I would get that opportunity".

As for McDaniel, he was the Browns wide receivers coach in 2014, which happened to be the same year that Shanahan was the team's offensive coordinator. The game also looked like a rout in the third quarter, and some 4 million viewers slipped away around the time the Falcons took at 28-3 lead, Nielsen said. His numbers in Atlanta past year were remarkable. "I think everything will be included in the decision".

"I believe in both of these guys", York said, per Ann Killion of the San Francisco Chronicle.
