It's nearly a month now that Kim was robbed.

The couple told police the men had ambushed them in the lobby of the apartment building where they were staying in the chic 16 arrondissement of the French capital on November 11. The attackers reportedly sprayed the star and her beau with tear gas without saying a word before punching them.

A criminal investigation has been launched.

The attackers tried to steal Sherawat's handbag but ended up fleeing empty-handed.
